Tim Tripp is a private practice attorney, specializing primarily in Social Security Disability law. He owns Tripp, P.C., with offices in Pella and West Des Moines. Tim is a member of the Christian Legal Society. He served on the Iowa Legal Aid Board and the Iowa Legal Aid Foundation from 2008 to 2011. And in both 2009 and 2010, Tim received a Pro Bono Service commendation by the Iowa Supreme Court.

Tripp grew up in Sully, Iowa and graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) in 1984 with a BA in Political Science. He earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School in 1989. In 1996, he and his wife Kathy moved back to Pella to raise their family.

Tim has been very active in the community, serving as an Elder at Third Reformed Church in Pella an on it's Executive Board from 2008 to 2011. He also served as President of the Pella Public Library Board (2006). Currently, Tim serves on the Pella Community School Board.
